This is the privacy notice for this website.
THE SHORT VERSION
I value and respect your privacy and any data you share with me. So here’s a brief summary of the kind of data I collect via this website, and what I do with it. Go here for the more detailed version.
I collect two main types of data on this website:
1. Visitor data via Google Analytics
This system records information about which pages users visit, how long they stay, what links they click, and so on. I use this to understand how visitors are using my site, e.g. which are the most popular pages, where most of my visitors are coming from, whether I have more or fewer visitors this year than last year, and so on.
Google Analytics uses cookies to gather visitor data. You can visit the Google Analytics website if you’re curious about how it works and what kind of data it collects.
2. Email addresses via Mailerlite and Podia
MAILERLITE
I use MailerLite to manage my email marketing subscriber list and to send out my quarterly newsletter, offers for my eBooks and coaching programs, information about exhibitions or fairs I’m participating in, and new artwork I have for sale.
MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my newsletter.

If you want to join the list, you will need to (1) enter your email address in the form on this page, (2) click a box to give your consent to receiving educational and marketing emails from me, and (3) click a link in an email I send you, confirming that you want to receive my emails. (This last step is called ‘double-opt in’ and it’s designed to stop someone else adding your email address to my list without your consent.)
If you entrust me with your email address, I will never share it with anyone else.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.
PODIA
I use Podia for sales of my products and coaching. Emails gathered there will be transferred to muy central list on Mailerlite - see above. Customers who click the ‘not subscriber’ box will NOT have their email addresses added to Mailerlite.
